Planning and layout

By doing this I have learnt how i will layout out my magazine. For my contents page I have got my inspiration from clash magazine as it is simple and looks classy and also urban which is the aim of the magazine I am going for.

Magazine Photo Shoot Planning Document

From this task I have learnt how i can organise my shoots and that each shoot is different. This made me come up with ideas so my magazine can all fit nicely together.

Typography

I have learnt that how to make the article more interesting and how to break up blocks of text. This will help me when I start to design my magazine to know how to make it more interesting and eye catching to the reader.

Fashion Planning

By making this mood board I am now able to look at what fashion and what my models will wear in my magazine, also what style of artist i would use. All being urban, which gives me and idea on what i would want them to look like.

Photo Shoot Planning

This help me organise my shoot and know exactly what i need to do and what my models are wearing etc. It also shows me how much planning needs to go in to it.

Rate Card

I have learnt that my Magazine needs to appeal to a particular audience that would be interested in the topics that I have put on my rate card. Also by gathering information about other magazine similar to the one I want to do for example 'Clash' and 'NME' so now i have a good idea of who my target audience is.
